Tea is a very ritualistic pleasure. I still refuse to buy those efficient electric kettles because the process of setting the kettle to boil and the impending urgent whistle are aspects of tea consumption that set my day in motion. Joey Roth's Sorapot embraces the ritualistic aspects of tea drinking with its clear container for viewing the tea leaves as they seep into the water. And, when light shines through, it allows for a tea colored shadow to be cast.
